Prepare for your birth with Hypnobirthing and increase your understanding of the physiology of your birthing body; learn mindfulness and hypnosis techniques to create a positive mindset and belief in your abilities and let go of fear and anxiety.
Group and private sessions available
This is a full day workshop for you and your birth partner to learn together with a group. We will cover physiology of birth, mindfulness and hypnosis techniques and why environment matters. This is an evidence based course with an emphasis on practical tools to prepare for your birth positively and calmly and free of fear. Recommended around 28 - 32 weeks of pregnancy, but this is flexible
(total price per course for both you and your birth partner attending)
A full private hypnobirthing course. This can be completed in x2 3 hour sessions or x3 2 hour sessions and provides an opportunity to focus more specifically on your needs and tailor the course to you and your birth partner.
Online and in-person options available
A 90 minute session focused on using your birth ball; optimal positions to support your posture, gentle stretches, and massage techniques for your birth partner to support you through late pregnancy and labour
Nurture your body before and after birth with massage. Massage is an ideal way to encourage physical and emotional relaxation, positivity, and the all important oxytocin.
Available at any stage of pregnancy, and from 1 week postpartum to assist your recovery and increase feelings of well-being (6 weeks post-partum if cesarean birth)
Mixed duration & multiple treatment packs available
If you have done a hypnobirthing course already and would like some additional support or to refresh your knowledge to practice your techniques or work through a specific fear.
Reinforce positive mindset and belief in the days and weeks before your birth.
